We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Envy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within [number of days] days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our Customer Support team at whatsapp 03209698803 within 2 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization
  • Include the Order Number  on the package when returning the item(s) to ensure prompt processing.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 days.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do  offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate an exchange by contacting us on whatsapp  for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at whatsapp 03209698803 with photos of the damaged or defective items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
